Mentoring
Mentors play an important role in helping people develop professionally and lead more effectively. The Forem’s Mentor Platform seamlessly enables employees to connect with a wide range of experts.
- Drop In Mentoring: Employees can select their mentors based on needs or challenges they are navigating
- Mentors include Executive Coaches, as well as Operators and Leaders across the Org
- Every program we run includes access to mentoring, which helps reinforce program outcomes and ROI
WHAT MENTORS DO
Mentors share their knowledge and offer their time and support to help mentees:
- Grow their skills
- Achieve their own personal visions of success
Mentors provide:
- Real-life, tangible suggestions
- Insights that mentees can leverage to overcome challenges and reach professional goals
WHO MENTORS ARE
Mentors are mission-aligned volunteers who want to give back to those who are earlier on in their careers. Many of our mentors are existing operators in their field — from entrepreneurs, to business executives, to engineers.
To participate in The Forem’s mentor program, mentors must have a minimum of 15 years of professional experience, guaranteeing a certain level of foresight, expertise, and lived wisdom when advising mentees.
