FOUR WEEK COHORTS
A cohort consists of 4 workshops, each 60-90min. Live, remote first, interactive & Facilitator led
PEER TO PEER NETWORKING
When the cohort is complete, participants will be matched with one another for a year of networking

Participants book mentor sessions monthly for 30 min with Mentors of their choosing who are Execs, Exec Coaches.

NETWORKING
- The Forem’s smart recommendation engine suggests different people within and across cohorts for networking
- Participants are notified via email of networking matches

- Employees can choose their mentor for monthly 30-min sessions
