I wish I would have taken this course in my 20's/early 30's! I returned from mat leave and wanted to "get my head back in the game" and this course was the best use of my time - all 4 sessions were extremely relevant and valuable in growing my career. No time was wasted (90 min 4x was just the right amount to digest, internalize and apply the learnings) and the group setting via Zoom worked great. We also had a phenomenal facilitator (Shout out to Jen Litwin).
The content they teach is what every professional needs to know and their execution of the training has clearly been perfected. Cannot recommend this enough!
